They say you’re not a pucca Delhiite if you’ve never eaten at Rajinder Da Dhaba. Having lived in Delhi since 1998 and only recently migrated, I have done my full bit:)
This place has many memories other than the robust, oily, maybe unhealthy and super delicious food. It’s also a slice, a very important one of college life in Delhi.

Travelling all the way from north campus, Delhi University,  to eat here, has been a very vivid, pleasure inducing flashback. Chicken Tangri to die for; the famous Chicken curry with roomali rotis, the chilli Shammi Kebab if I can call it that since it’s so spicy and the so so Paneer Makhni teamed with Gur Sandesh and Gur Rasmalai, from the nearby Bengali Sweet Shop, bring back the late 90s in college, with a bang!

Been there, done that, lived it, ate and survived the grease to tell a tale.
